I can't stress enough the importance of filings. Won't matter what class of shares we have if Treaty doesn't file and this stock gets de-listed. Never mind the absence of a credible business plan. Vague forward looking statements are so typical in OTC's. We've seen little more than that IMO.
I know I recently got poo-poo'd at the notion of de-listing but the reality is that de-listing provides a great cover up for the SEC, DTC, FINRA, et al amid the legal crap and all the rumors and innuendo engulfing this Company. They could care less about shareholders.
