Just got off the phone with Armen....

I called and left a message with him at 11:01 and he returned my call at 11:33, The conversation lasted 10 minutes. If someone is savvy and can tell me how to post a screen shot of my phone showing the call details then please let me know how to do so, this will put to sleep any naysayers that tend not to believe that longs go the extra mile here.

My first statement was congrats to him and company for all the success in 2015.

As far as the price action on a daily basis he knows as well as everyone else what is going on with the price but says management is focused on continued business growth and letting the market react as the market will in times like these. We all know the dow, s&p etc... are all seeing profit taking right now by investors to safeguard their money, RXMD is no different. He knows that many folks purchased shares around half a penny and expects some of those folks to take profits. I mentioned the mm's and he is aware of that as well, he actually said "they are gonna do what they do but they can only do so much and will eventually have to cover". I asked him about audited financials and he said Mrs. Mars (CEO) is looking to have the financials reviewed by auditors. My final question was about acquisitions, he said that the company is "very picky" when it comes to finding the right acquisitions and they will not just acquire a company for a few hundred script fills, they are in acquisition mode and looking for a good one".

He was very thorough in his explanations much more than I am here in this post. Make no mistake about it, RXMD is focused on growing the business, they are not going to release pr's for the sake of short term flippers to come in and spike the price. They are poised for a big year and will show steady growth in pps.

I hope this information is somewhat helpful.
