PPS is not going to stay at these levels for long. One can still buy at no bid. But once that bid starts up, I believe the ones will be gone for good and two's and higher will be the new ground floor. I would not be surprised to see a 600% - 700% jump on news, and the price settling down in the two to three range, before starting the next leg up.
