Don't think that iHub admins are incompetent. They aren't. They are very good at what iHub is meant to do, which is create at atmosphere where penny stocks can be controlled, people can be manipulated and they can collude to take advantage of it.
Google "Matthew Brown iHub". I believe when he got caught nothing changed but the players.
