The Nomination Committee of Coor Service Management Holding AB has decided to propose the 2016 Annual General Meeting to elect Mats Granryd and Heidi Skaaret as new Board members of the company. Bernt Magnusson has declined re-election. Ahead of the Annual General Meeting, Coor Service Management’s Nomination Committee proposes increasing the Board of Directors to include one additional Director. Bernt Magnusson, who has been member of the Board of Directors at Coor since 2005, has declined re-election. The new proposed Board members are Mats Granryd and Heidi Skaaret (for more information, see below). The following Board members are proposed for re-election: Søren Christensen, Mats Jönsson, Monica Lindstedt, Anders Narvinger, Kristina Schauman and Mikael Stöhr. The Nomination Committee also proposes re-election of Anders Narvinger as the Chairman of the Board. The Nomination Committee’s goal has been to provide the Board of Directors with the overall competence and experience required to continue to lead the company’s operations optimally. The proposal also takes into account versatility as well as breadth of experience and background, and complies with the stipulations of the Swedish Code of Corporate Governance regarding non-affiliation. Mats Granryd (born in 1962) has been Chairman of GSMA, a global industry organization for mobile operators, since 2016. Mats was President and CEO of Tele 2 between 2010 - 2015, and previously held a number of senior positions in Ericsson, including President of the company’s UK operations. Mats Granryd is a Director of Envac. Heidi Skaaret (born in 1961) has been COO of Norwegian finance group Storebrand since 2012. She was President of Lindorff Norway in 2008 - 2012 and IKANO Bank Norway in 2001 - 2008. Heidi Skaaret was a Director of Storebrand in 2010 – 2012.
