the share buyback is hopeful, but still not so sure about that. I'd only base that on them needing convertible debt from January-July. MAYBE they had some left over capital/new capital to buy back shares...maybe.
I think 1 is your most likely scenario. 3 happens on occasion, hence barry and negativegeforce. anyone heard from barry??
option 2 would be a surprise, and why would they not announce a share buyback? I know we are pinksheet, but I also think this is highly mandatory as an 8k or form 3/4. something along those lines.
