It might be that NTEK is waiting till NTGL has a contract to supply their new video slot machines to a casino or two, should be soon, before releasing the shares to us long NTEK stock holders. It is a good idea to really avoid a much steeper short stock MM's. Without all of the new shares to short, they can not do as much harm here... JMHO
