Boeing will need to qualify TPAC's new facility and parts' pricing... TPAC/McKay, while known in the industry having been around 30 years, at the production level is a new guy coming in and has to provide something bigger and better than others have (I believe he will)... and Boeing can and likely will take advantage of offsets, including a 24% importing surcharge... the surcharge alone is a heck of a savings to the demands and needs of the likes of Boeing.
I suspect it'll take anywhere from a couple weeks to two months to hear back from Boeing... but once TPAC gets qualification/approval with Boeing that'll give Trans-Pacific much more credibility with other HUGE entities/companies in the tight multi-million-dollar industry!
