He never did. If you would have done the DD instead of constantly swinging your bash bat you would realize that BARDA is available and the Federal Government has the deepest pockets so ZERO chance that Brilacidin will dilute CTIX or a partner is necessary to advance the drug.
You are plain evil for attempting to hinder a much needed drug. I don't respect you nor do I care about you but I do sincerely hope no one in your family ever needs Brilacidin or Kevetrin or Prurisol for that matter. Shame on you.
