It would make sense they would fight back since they went back after PLN. Also - like PLN, they waited for them to file first. I still think KBM et al will have a very difficult time "proving" damages for breach and will also have a difficult time demonstrating "goodfaith" before, during, and after the process - especially if HJOE made attempts to pay off loan outside of intial payback term window. While the bashers pile on and try to nullify any debate - they never would publicly disconnect themselves from the lenders on Yahoo and if asked on iLie - the posts were immediately deleted.

I agree Casey - it will be interesting to see if they post details of any counter claim prjor to Pacer filings but my guess is they prbably wont make the same mistake twice. Doesnt really matter since it is already documented and preserved from iLie.

I also expect the BS to intensify trying to drive the price down and use it as leverage against the company. So far - hasnt really worked. Price is off last couple of days but on no volume. I tried to get shares offered at 14 and was quickly beat. If they go back down, i am ready to buy. I may start buy8ng again in this range.
