NEW YORK, NY and KUALA LUMPUR, MALAYSIA--(Marketwired - Jan 13, 2016) - Malaysia Pro-Guardians Security Management Corp. (OTCQB: MPGS), a highly skilled and professionally-trained security protection team, has announced today that it has reached a collaborative agreement with the Ministry of Transportation (Malaysia), a Malaysian government ministry in charge of maintaining domestic transportation infrastructure, regulating transport system technology, and providing active enforcement in transport industry affairs.
In a coordinated effort with Dato' Sri, MPGS has managed to become the only company to collaborate with the Ministry of Transportation in Malaysia. With the strong backgrounds of both companies in transport-related technical expertise, security convoy technology, administrative management, and government protocol, the combined resources of both parties will allow for both a greater client and public insurance at all times, while utilizing the most modern technology in government regulated vehicles with an emphasis on protection and security upkeep. The new collaborative effort will not only add an extra layer in ensuring safety and peace of mind to clients and other consumers, it will also further develop the market with respect to transportation vehicles by promoting an increased awareness and criticality of the basic needs of security in the transportation industry.
Hua Fung Chin, Chief Executive Officer, commented, "Dato' Sri's perseverance in mediating this collaboration proves to differentiate the company and help it become the benchmark for all transport security technology in Malaysia. By way of Malaysia's 'compulsory rule,' the Ministry of Transportation is required to install black box devices in most regulated vehicles. With this agreement, MPGS has a greater opportunity to be legally endorsed in providing our security hardware, which will greatly contribute to both our company's marketing prospects as well as the Malaysian government's initiatives to establish a stronger presence with the public audience and other transport-related corporations and departments by way of creating a safer community."
