Fortune Brands Home & Security, Inc. (NYSE: FBHS), an industry-leading home and security products company, has named Brett E. Finley as president of its Therma-Tru business unit. He assumes the role effective Feb. 15, 2016 and will report to Christopher Klein, chief executive officer, Fortune Brands.
Finley brings a wealth of global manufacturing and business unit experience spanning a 25-year career at IDEX Corporation and Ingersoll-Rand Company. He has established himself as a proven global general management executive with a track record of growing businesses, expanding company portfolios, leveraging brands and driving sales and operating performance across consumer and commercial businesses.

Finley began his career at Ingersoll-Rand Company in 1990 and held a number of engineering, supply chain and general manager roles across various business units through 2007.
