As to the acquistions, Bill left me with the impression that they were 2 US companies. 1 generating good revenues and the other he feels will be a quick turn around to significant profitability. As for the JV's AVIC and COMAC if landed is so so huge. It will cement TPAC for the long term. A stock that you will never want to cash in till retirement time. Good things coming for sure.
