Yes, Go to Settings and click on My Photos, then click on Choose File and Upload Phone. Then do your PC or Mac thing from there. With my laptop, I tap my pad with two fingers, click on 'Copy Image Address', the I go to my message and enter it with the 'Image' tab at the left.
