Probably time for shareholders to form a group some how and discuss the imminent lawsuit that is coming.
We have lost a lot. Chris deserves the same. Had he not used the money for his own agenda and used it for Treaty we would not be where we are.
Chris Tesarski not only faces financial loses, he will have issues with his immigration status as well. Chris is in this country as a guest of the United States. As a guest he has moral obligations to up hold.
That being an honest individual. Taking shareholders money and using it for something else makes him an IMMORAL PERSON. We push this hard enough he could lose his permanent residence card and be booted back to Calgary.
