Zero loss per share for Q3 on only $44K in revenue under the "legacy" business model. The revised business model (Suncloak), implemented in late Q3, is bringing in new, unrestricted (non-governmental related) revenue in the neighborhood of $200+K est. for the last quarter 2015. Thus, the revised business model has significantly less overhead costs (only 1 to 2 techs per job job site and only one to two days required for installs vs. circa 10 techs for up to 1 year per job site for the duration of the Title 24 project). The revised business model should lead to more bottom line income in Q4 and moving forward. CEO, Devon Jones, commented on, "Getting their financial house in order." It was clear in the 3rd quarter, as well for the nine months ending (Year-Over-Year), where they improved from (.-18) loss per share to (-.01) loss per share. So here we have a company that appears back on par to making $800K to $1M in annual revenue and has found a product, whereby they can slash cost of sales by at least 2/3, and trading at .0001 per share.
