Simple... the structure of the verbiage says absolutely nothing tangible, date specific, or otherwise. Typical OTC Pink Sheet Scam lingo. Intentional or otherwise. Doesn't say boo about specific report(s) by official title, who has them, or how long the process is expected to take. Just more vague carrot dangling. JMO.
