These are the details most CEOs won't and don't need to disclose (at least not outside of filings) but here we actually have filed 8Ks with the SEC about share reduction and Bill McKay openly disclosed on Twitter he's buying while we witnessed major trading (mostly buys) take place during similar timing... An 8K is an official filing of a 'material event' and that's not something a CEO files with the SEC lightly:

What's been of utmost importance to me is this CEO follows through on his word.. that's been quite evident.
