Buying common shares with Preferred Shares is still buying and it still reduced the float... market cap is based on Outstanding Common shares. .. this is good for the price. ..
PS timken did confirm a PO, which they subsequently cancelled after the PR. I have email from them where they confirm they had an PO with $TPAC.
I'm assuming you shorted this under .002 and that's the issue. .
Pss.. look for more shares to be retired after today. .
