this is why the dated data *reported* to FINRA has to be buried ..
because when folks can actually *see* the confirmation of what i and others
have noted about 2015's EOY *set up* underway by August via those totally
illegal and manipulative 12,500 *trades* .. it becomes crystal clear ..
for those who may not know .. when there are actually *legit* sells vs bogus ones
(aka wash trades for resets) .. %s actually go down .. not up ..
notice they *held* @ 28% for approx 3 weeks b4 12,500 *sells* got underway
but since EOY *set up* kicked in .. that % has increased to where last
round set a new % record of 81%
and when this data is noted against what has been *reported* to Finra specific
to MM Monthly for Sept/Oct/Nov .. it made my call of NN's % for December
*easily* called well in advance of *reporting* stats last Friday (Dec 2015)
they are trying to not have to *trigger threshold* (actually reported stats have
pretty much been perverted since 2012) ... and they have less and less
cohorts willing to *play* the game (which is why 3 MMs did 93% of Dec's volume)
and i would remind folks of the obvious re: the vehicle of choice for OTC stock manipulation
original crew (circa 2009) .. up to their eyeballs .. has a problem with *newer* crews who
will be all over an 87M float .. that can be manipulated *higher* if/when taken too low
that is why ... i'm watching next to see how *volume* avgs are *handled* for the next round ..
interesting to see feeds today @ bid @ 03 and 031 .. including the last round with NC on that 10k size @ 031 ..
