Chas is just another in a long line of people that claim to know things without providing a shred of verifiable evidence. Maybe they like attention, maybe they have more sinister motivations, maybe they're telling the truth and now they're done, but at the end of the day it's a good lesson as to why you don't just believe people when they make claims that rely on special knowledge without verification.

At least Chas, and his alter-ego Al, has a posting history on I-hub that indicates he's a real person. I don't think he has negative intentions; however, I would be highly skeptical that he has any information unless he's willing to confirm that he's sharing information that he shouldn't.
