ZELTIQ Announces Executive Leadership Addition and

PLEASANTON, CA--(Marketwired - January 12, 2016) - ZELTIQ^® (NASDAQ: ZLTQ), a medical technology company focused on developing and commercializing products utilizing its proprietary controlled-cooling technology platform, announced today additions to its executive leadership team and realignment of its global commercial operations. 

Mark Foley, President and Chief Executive Officer, said, "Based on the growth we are experiencing in the market and the success of our CoolSculpting brand, we are dividing the leadership of our North American and International commercial organizations so that we are better positioned to capitalize on the significant opportunity in front of us. Keith Sullivan, our Chief Commercial Officer, will continue to oversee North American Sales and Sales Operations and will add President, North America and Global Marketing to his title and responsibilities. Keith's commercial leadership continues to be a main reason for our consistent and market leading sales growth and we look forward to his ongoing contributions in this expanded role. On February 1st, Todd Zavodnick will be joining the ZELTIQ team as President, International where he will be responsible for driving the company's international growth and expansion. Todd comes to ZELTIQ well equipped for the role, with deep aesthetic and international experience. Most recently, Todd served as President and General Manager for Galderma Laboratories, North America. In this role, he led Galderma's largest revenue region and was responsible for all consumer, prescription and aesthetic activities in the U.S. and Canada. Prior to that, Todd led commercial organizations in Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America for both Alcon and Galderma over a period of 10 years. We are very excited about Todd joining our organization and feel that in addition to his contributions Internationally, he will be a valuable addition to the senior management team."
