Unfortunately for shareholders what you say is all too true! UltraFlix/Nanotech is an incredible company but the stock is trapped in a sewer. Hence the sp is where it is. The company is succeeding but the sp will not recover. No worthy CEO with a brain will take this on. The only hope for shareholders is for UltraFlix to be sold and as for the NTGL share dividend? Forget about it. It'll never happen. This is the pink sheets!! Form 15. Too many long investors in NTEK are clueless about what that means. It's just another pink stock to the mm's. They ALWAYS win on the pink sheets. And with the SEC's complete blessing! I am long NTEK millions of shares. But being a pink stock that's already had one great run up... my shares are "free".
Anybody who has held shares for years and claims they have never sold a share, is admitting they're inexperienced at investing/trading in pennies. Once you can admit to yourself the otc truths... only then will you have figured out how to prosper on the otc.
Some paranoid mod will probably delete this claiming it's "soft bashing". Have at it you ignorant fool! But WAKE UP and smell the coffee burning!
