Net sales for the three-month period ended November 30, 2015 were $42,642,000 compared to $44,860,000 for the three-month period ended November 30, 2014. The Company reported third quarter ended November 30, 2015 net earnings of $242,000, or $.11 per diluted share, compared to net earnings in last year's third quarter of $573,000, or $.25 per diluted share.
Net sales for the nine-month period ended November 30, 2015 were $123,078,000 compared to $119,441,000 for the same period last year. Net earnings for the nine-month period ended November 30, 2015 were $155,000, or $.07 per diluted share. This compares to net earnings of $145,000, or $.06 per diluted share, in the comparable nine-month period last year.
