I'm sticking to my point that the shareholders and potential shareholders are pretty numb to the typical PR's and the SP will only make a significant move if and when there is a delivery.
With that said, I don't see why the price would jump this week. He is apparently waiting for parts (again) so no delivery seems close (again). If another China deal is announced, so what ? If nothing came of the $100,000,000 China deal why should we believe this one will be different ?
Nothing much has changed in my decade here. Makes me wonder why I hang on. It's frustrating.
