That's interesting Casey, it would be nice if we knew how did all of this play out to get to this point. I'm thinking that just based on the complaint KBM will no way be granted those shares, because they are claiming that HJOE is insolvent therefore they should receive those shares immediately, and they would certainly be higher then the 16% annual rate. Hjoe said at one point that they have already been paid back? Was this by past conversions? How many times did hjoe offer to pay them off ?? Did they collect over the 16% in past conversions?? When hjoe files the counterclaim things will be somewhat clearer. One things for sure there's more eyes on this then the OJ trial lol
