Excellent breakdown and realistic too. The proxy is yet to come, however when it does, I feel that we may see a few different options from several different partners. May be why the proxy has taken longer- been rewritten a couple few times? I can only hope so.
I believe the revenue estimate to be reasonable but maybe on the high side. I think Ntek may have taken a pretty big write down to get us out there- call it marketing no?
