Moneyguy imo thats not correct for the simple fact

that NTEK didn't provide any REFUND clause
in the deal. I would agree with you if NTEK had
put in a provision of "IF YOUR NOT SATISFIED FOR
ANY REASON WE WILL REFUND YOU" , But they didn't.
They would have to wait until the Buyer used all
rentals to claim revenue with that kind of clause
because of not knowing how many would claim for refund.
So that's it. Once you clicked the BUY
button your money was spent. Same as any
other purchase with a credit card in any store,
which we all know any company can claim
as revenue from that point on.
Only a Faulty product or Service not provided would
give any one a claim for a refund at that point.
Obviously UF is working just fine so that's not an issue.
