This is a scam. Yes, but not in the way portrayed in FraudHub. The fraud is made by note holders, brokers, and clearing house.
Are Milagros/CRGP willing to give a fight or just run away scared of a lawsuit that has no merit?
Guess we'll find out in one to two months.
