BCAP dumped those 23m shares they got issued in Sept. Look at all the volume in December from the day the shares were cleared... Right around Dec 9th or so. My guess is BCAP is out of shares. What the company should do is pay off the interest in cash from future funding or revenues and never give another share to any more toxic funders like Asher or BCAP.
