Nope. The sept 9th shares were cleared at the TA on Dec 9th according to the CEO and right after that point the stock got dumped all the way into 2016. BCAP dumped it's 23m shares. BCAP does not hold they only sell from what I have seen. They are like Asher. They don't care what the company does or needs they just dump when they clear their stock. Toxic debt holders are all the same.
