This information goes back to what was said in the last conference call.  They were looking for people to fill roles to handled the brokerage firm.  I forget the number of people he was looking into, but this info was stated in the last CC.  I wish someone had a recorded copy, because that call would explain a lot.  Try looking through the ihub posts around the last CC time and see if someone discussed this in their notes on the CC.  I will do the same and update you if I find anything useful.
