...interesting & somewhat befuddling positions being debated. There are so many of these patents floating around that I can't see how anybody can keep track of them all , let alone the detailed differences (if any) between them. Along this same line , I had often wondered how the USPatent office could say with any real certainty in these hi-tech formulas , that one patent doesn't trespass on another. I recall that our TQD patent was initially rejected twice , but eventually prevailed , but only after Dr.Wong proved the other prior-art patent didn't perform as described in the patent that had already been granted. Sure leaves a lot of doubt & uncertainties as to whether these patents will survive. All the more reason to put more trust in privileged IP & trade secrets, than in patents per se , as far as I can tell anyway.
