Who knows? Where is all the money going? We keep hearing content, content, content but haven't we already paid dearly for content? And much of that is yet to be remastered and uploaded. Warner, Magnolia, etc. So did I miss the specifics in the Q's regarding content acquisition and revenue sharing? I certainly may have but I seem to recall just vague answers to shareholder questions. Yes, I know I heard lots of talk about up front costs but did we get specifics?
If NTEK grew over 100K in Q4 2015, does that mean 101K, 125K, 150K, 200K? Going into the shareholder meeting in August I believe we had 145k or thereabouts. So what do we have now anywhere from 250K to ? I hope we get some specificity in that regard with the earnings release as it's a key metric used to valuate sub based services. Any excuses for not revealing that number is garbage and will be met with extreme skepticism from this investor.
Regarding the promos. Did NTEK strike a financial deal with Paramount to run the promos? I realize they all aren't Paramount but the majority are and each studio deal is different but what can NTEK expect to keep for each ppv during the promo vs regular rentals? Any difference? If so, it could make a tremendous difference in fins. But with the latest round of 46.2 million shares practically given away for the what it would cost for a couple of squares of toilet paper, it would appear that we didn't fair all too well in that regard.
Oh yea, BMAK sitting on the ASK all day everyday he's diluting, don't kid yourself into thinking it's buying in secret. Google them, it'll say if BMAK is a market maker in your security you can be pretty confident your shares are being watered down. When's this going to stop? This share structure is unbelievably horrible. We keep hearing more content more content. Buy what you can afford but better yet, upload what we've been told we've already paid for! STOP selling this company down drain!
Minus the T-trade NTEK's entire trading market today amounted to a little less than $40 dollars.
Audits....lol... nah not going there tonight, my head will explode.
Bottom line, IF you can't be fiscally responsible and honest with your shareholders, SELL ULTRAFLIX to a company who can!
