Anyhooooo... The Jan 4-15th was an estimate based on FAA holiday scheduling and reasonable time frame. Keep in mind, Baltia had 30 days to reply to the "Proposal Of Denial". I would PRESUME that the FAA had 30 days to reply to the reply. I am fairly (not absolutely) certain there was no written date from the FAA's communication.
