Spinning off UltraFlix would more or less make NTEK a shell company.
Plus the time and money spent doing an IPO would not be to the Investor Advantage.
Why a spin-off when a back door IPO is much simpler and less extravagant.
I don't know if I will answer Alan's post publicly on that other Board.
He knows how I feel about this.
