I have a theory, about the original PR at least.
It is very damming to Rosen if its the one I think.
It said the Stock Price dropped because of the "lies" exposed by the Mako piece and attributes that as the cause of the 35% drop in the stock. Since the "lies" were actually by Mako and they all but flatly stated their case was based solely on that article. They probably don't want that brought up if they end up facing sanctions.
