Someone at I-Hub purported that "business is dead." I beg to differ...
First, let's examine IHSI's "Core Business" so investors can make their own determination.
Core Business :
It's very easy to determine IHSI's "core business" strategy by looking at the top of the "Technology & Services" Tab.
IHSI's "core business" has been shifting toward the "Ag Lighting Applications" for the past two years. They initially PR'd about it on April 29, 2014 that a new business division would be standing up. Two weeks later, on May 13, 2014 they "announced its plans of a pilot test for a lighting solution with a legal grower of medical marijuana." Their premise was "energy is a significant equation in the overall cost to produce medical marijuana indoors. The right energy with the light spectrum is equally important." CEO Devon Jones stated, "it is one of our ambitious goals to become one of the premier lighting choices for growers of medical marijuana. This is a very large opportunity."
