Mr. Jaynes has over 21 years' experience as a trial attorney, most recently in his own firm of Michael Jaynes, PC in Jackson, Tennessee. Prior to private practice, Mr. Jaynes was an employee of the Tennessee Supreme Court as an Assistant Public Defender. In 2008, Mr. Jaynes retired from the practice of law and has been involved in developing what is now Hangover Joe's, Inc.
