Asia Joint Venture
• Using the Brazil joint venture package as a format, we have developed a similar presentation for potential Asia partners. Since over half of the world’s population is in Asia, the projected third-party sales forecast jumps to $5.0 Billion per year in 2020. We have presented this proposal to three potential partners and are awaiting their responses, due early in the first quarter of 2016. Acceptance of this proposal could fundamentally change the company over night. We will keep you apprised of critical developments in this arena.
European Joint Venture
• We have secured the services of an agent with worldwide contacts to take our partnering proposal to a number of potential European partners. He recently reported that he has contacted five potential partners in Europe. We are anxiously awaiting responses to these potential opportunities.
