It gives me the impression that their messages are more directed to CRGP than to shareholders. "If they decide to show up again, COR will want its $4 million".
COR has no chance to win the lawsuit if CRGP fights back. There was no fraud, most of the money went to shareholders and the part CRGP got was for the previously announced share buyback.
Default judgements are easy to revert if the defendant acts.
