""""" IF """""""" the accusations from Nov & Dec are true, than IMO he is to blame for us being where we are now. Suspended. We were suspended only due to the filings being out dated. Not due to the SEC charges against the previous leadership.

He is no way responsible for any of the problems prior to him coming to Teco in May of 2014. The Fab 5, or at least some of the charged IMO hung us out to dry. If the SEC charges turn out to be true than they need to be held responsible. I only say if the charges are true is I still believe in innocent till proven guilty. But it does not look good for them.

None of Chris's deals ever came to life. I will not criticize him for that as I have no idea of the struggles he would be facing from the former leadership and the mess they left us in. Had he only used the funds raised by Bull, which in undisputable I may still be giving him the benefit of the doubt.
