I loved Igor. Not in the sense that the bashers

Not in the sense that the bashers would like to play it off, but the man was incredible.
He was intelligent, he was down to earth, he was kind. He was the most determined man I have ever met.
Its just that he might not have been the perfect guy to be in his position and to bring this airline to its final fruition.
The Lord works in mysterious ways.
I have been in meetings and on the phones and writing letters and everything else since I learned of his passing.
Truth be told, I have not spoken with anyone who believes that his untimely passing is going to hold Baltia back in any way.
As a matter of fact, his passing has motivated the staff in ways that nothing he did or said during his life could have ever come close to accomplishing.
Without fail and unanimously, with everyone I speak with, I always ultimately hear the same thing before the conversation concludes: "We WILL get this done for Igor."
It doesn't make the pain of his passing any easier, but it certainly does show you what kind of a man this was and how he effected so many around him.
I have never seen the team so united and so determined as I have these last couple of days.
Godspeed Baltia and her staff.
God Bless Igor, now re-united with his mom and dad.
Rest assured your team is going to give it their all and then some.
Undoubtedly with a little extra help from you from a better place than this one.
