The #Mastascope is an ultraslim, hand held endoscope designed to enter the breast nipple via one of its milk ducts, thus permitting the physician to visualize the interior aspects of the breast. Because many cancers actually begin within an individual milk duct, these intraductal tumors are visualized easily and can be biopsied.
