ARMEN CONVERSATION III
This morning I made another call to ARMEN, who is head of IR at 786 657 2060 earlier this morning, and he called back from 305 919 7399....
First, I dont like to bother anyone in the company, and this is only a week since I called him last, so there isnt much other than a couple of topics I wanted to address I thought were on all our minds.............
1) Attorney Letter not PR'd
2) IHUB not PR'd to
3) Dec Financials being PR'd?
4) Non resposive to emails. Why?
5) Lack of volume after marketing company contract expired
Q: I noticed we had (in shareholders'opinions) a big event in the Attorney letter, yet it was not PR'd...Why?
A: The Attorney Letter is only one step in the process. We do not feel it is a material event in itself. When the Yield Sign is removed that is more meaningful to us.
Q: Last we spoke, you mentioned you would PR to IHUB. We didnt see it on IHUB. Will you do this on the next PR?
A: Yes next PR will be on IHUB, we will test it to see if it brings a meaningful difference, if so we will continue.
Q: There is another website called INVESTORS HANGOUT that is smaller than IHUB today, yet growing fast. Has almost 30K members. They are willing to offer you free banner ad placement if you include their url in your next PR. Would you be interested in this possibility? Exposure is the one thing I believe this company lacks, and any you can get (especially free) may be interesting to consider.
A: Absolutely. I will look into this as well.
Q: Will you be PR'ing the December results?
A: Yes
Q: I have investors telling me you do not return emails. I never attempted to email you. Is that true?
A: Yes it is true. I get many emails from investors. For the most part, all ask questions I am not allowed to answer. Also - when I have in the past, some have misinterpreted what I said, and our attorney have told me incorrect things were being said online. Attorneys watch these sites to see if incorrect/false info is displayed. So I have a policy of not returning emails at this time.
Q: A small group of investors is interested in your opinion on our lower volume since the debt free announcement. It coincided with the end of the marketing company contract. Is that the reason?
A: I certainly dont think so. We had the end of alot of selling. Those shares being sold each day are gone, and accounted for much of that increased volume. Add to it the holidays, and new year.
Q: Is it true the marketing company must wait a minimum of 1 year before attempting to sell a share?
A: Yes, they are affiliates, and they must wait 1 year.
