DC--It depends on whether admin gave you sufficient "privileges" to edit the board. You can tell by looking just above the PINNED area. If you have privileges, you will see an "Edit Tab" with a little pencil next to it. The EDIT privilege will give you the ability to make changes to the "Show Board Information" area.
The EDIT privilege will allow you to add or modify images and/or text in the SBI area.
