It's interesting that in several places, SST denies factual statements as they relate to CRGP. Obviously this is a legal distinction in which SST cannot admit certain statements such as point 17:
On information and belief, on September 30, 2010, Calissio entered into an
agreement with Industrias Calissio SUR SA for a total of 450 million shares to be issued at a cost basis of $.01.
Deny.
as it does not have legal knowledge of that statement. Still, it's so odd to see the Denies and Admits for each point of the original complaint
