I feel starting over in a new municipality will provide new clowns.. But the same circus... Someone or someone (s) higher above mayor Bain doesn't want to see Bill and CEN succeed. It is my opinion that if Bill relocates the opposition will just payoff those local leaders too. It will eventually need to be brought before a judge.. No matter where he wants to be
