CALGARY, Alberta, Jan. 6, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- C-Era Property Management & Realty , an Associa company, has been hired as the management firm for five properties the Calgary area for 2016 including four condominiums comprised of more than 300 units. C-Era will provide full services, including financial, maintenance, communications and administrative services to each of these condominium corporations and a business facility. Cedarwood Park Condominium Corporation consists of 82 townhome units and is located at 102 – 294 Cedarwood Park SW. Management began January 1, 2016. Crystal Creek is a commercial property and home to C-Era's new office space. It's located at 6010 – 12th Street SE. Management began January 1, 2016. Emerald Landing Condominium Corporation consists of 81 townhome units and is located at 111 Everridge Gardens SW. Management will begin February 1, 2016.
