Many of us have no problem here. We have salvage rights to the Connaught. We know where it is. EXPL completed a huge mag survey and found other wrecks in that area, but settled on the Connaught. And there is no evidence the the gold said to be on the Connaught was ever recovered.

Our problem is nets on the actual wreck. That's a good problem to have. And the fact we didn't have (ahem) end of year selling like some did (I guess), it would appear most have no problem either.

GL with FBAR. I hear they can be a bear to work with. But we have our permits in place. Like FL, in order to get salvage rights, EXPL had to identify a historical shipwreck.
